I have not been able to go any further back in research on descendents beyond Joseph and Lucinda Bungard Phillippi. Joseph Phillippi date of birth is April 1, 1838 and died 1923. He was married to Lucinda in Sept 1869. I have notes saying that Joseph's parents names were possibly David and Mary Phillippi and that David Phillippi's fathers name was possibly Christian Phillippi who had (19) children and Christian's father was possibly Georg Frantz Phillippi. I have not been able to verify this. They were originally from Dunbar in Fayette County and or Westmoreland County and then moved on to Marshall County in West Virginia. Searching for George PORE family living in Mt. Pleasant, Westmoreland Co., PA. He was b 1799 in PA and married ELIZABETH MOYER 1825 in Mr. Pleasant. She was b 1801 in PA and may have had a brother Joseph. George and Elizabeth had the following children (there may have been more): John b 1828, Lucinda b 1832 ,Mary b 1836, Sally b 1838, Elizabeth b 1840 (married 1859 to a CLARK WALKER),and Rosanna b 1843. Lucinda PORE married David Uber at Mt. Pleasant in 1856. About 1862 they moved to Wyandotte County, Ohio, living there till 1870 before arriving in Osage County, Kansas 1871. Looking for more info on Morris Ramsay, born 1848 in Scotland, who lived in
Mt. Pleasant. Morris eventually became the Chief Engineer for the H C Frick
Coke Company. He was also General Manager of Southwest Coke Co. when he
died. He was superintendent at Clearfield Company, Merrill Coke Works,
Loyal-Hanna Coal Co., and Morewood Coke Company. He was pit boss at Shafton
Coal Company. His wife was Sadie Mariah Greer.

Michael W. REMALEY, eldest son of Joseph and Mary E. (BEAMER), b. 14 Feb 1859, bpt 26 Mar 1859, Export/Murrysville, PA. He m. Elizabeth S. ____ and had 8 ch. When and where did Michael die? What is his wife's maiden name?
Michael Beamer (b. 1805, d. 1885, bur. Olive cem., Sardis) m. Catherine Rubright (b. 1805, d. 1873, bur. Olive cem.) The couple resided Franklin Twp, Westmoreland Co, PA. They had 6 children: Margaret (b. 1836, d. 1848); Mary E. (b. 1835, d. 1931) m. Joseph Remaley; John (b. 1841, d. 1848); Henry (b. 1843, d. 1848); Nancy (b. 1845, d. 1846); Catherine (b. 1847, d. 1848). Note 4 of the 6 children died within days of each other in early 1848.
Does anyone know of an epidemic which hit Westmoreland county in January of 1848; or perhaps a fire; something to account for this tragedy. Mary Beamer was the only child of the family to survive.

I have a John Roley(Rowley) whose dates are 1749-1822. John lived at Chestnut Ridge, Mt. Pleasant. John m. a Margaret maiden name unknown and had several children. That family spells their name Rowley. After Margaret's death, John marries another Margaret maiden name also unknown who was half his age. They had Robert b. 1812 and Michael Vance b. 1816 at Chestnut Ridge. I am hoping that someone may had additional info for this family or even maybe a family Bible that will document that Robert Roley was the son of the above John Roley.
