Looking for info on a Carrie Thompson Overly. Born August 30, 1870 in Donegal. Father's name (I think) Alexandra Thompson. Looking for mother's maiden name, which someone said it might be Rhinehart or Rinehard. She married George Overly. Had a brother Joseph Thompson who was a caretaker for Westmoreland County Home. She was an orphan and raised by the Kramer Thompson family in Mt. Pleasant. The Thompsons had a grocery store on the lower part of Main Street Any information would be greatly appreciated. If she was a Rhinehart or Rinehart, would you have info about them?

My gggrandfather, Daniel Thompson b1819(?) in Westmoreland Co, married Elizabeth (Betsy) Thomas b 1823 in Westmoreland Co. They had children Henry Harrison Thompson b 1847 d 1924 in Mt. Pleasant, Alexander Thompson who farmed near Washington PA, John Thompson, Stephen Thompson,Sarah I Thompson, Issac Thompson who farmed near Washington PA, William Thompson, Louise Thompson. All born between 1847-1863. Henry married Hannah Elizabeth Hoke in Bullskin Twp. and they had one child, my grandfather, Crosby A. Thompson. Any info. on any of these Thompsons or Hanna Hoke's ancestors would be greatly appreciated. Will share anything I have.

Looking for information on Jacob R. Trauger 1855-1915, married to Mary Byers in 1879. They had three children, Daniel B., George, and Margaret Trauger. Jacob R. Trauger of Mt. Pleasant is described in a newpaper article that I have as a businesman and having a milling business in Trauger. He is also listed as Vice President of the Pleasant Unity Bank. He was the son of George and Anna Mary Runbaugh Trauger of this area. Jacob R. Trauger had a sister Lucinda Trauger 1834-1878 who marrie Isaac Gress, their son Ira Gress is my ggrandfather and was in business with Jacob Trauger. Help me over this brick wall!
